Description of the Service

The ESEF Manager is a software application provided by Bundesanzeiger Verlag GmbH for the preparation and validation of annual financial reports in the ESEF reporting format (European Single Electronic Format). The application enables the legally compliant conversion of annual financial reports into XHTML format, tagging in accordance with the ESEF taxonomy, and direct submission to the Company
Register. The service is available as an online solution or as a locally installed version and is intended for issuers and auditors.

Descriptions and Explanations Required to Understand the Performance of the Service

The ESEF Manager enables users to quickly and easily convert annual financial reports into the digital ESEF reporting format. Users upload their source file, which is automatically converted into XHTML format, apply ESEF taxonomy tagging, and can submit the report directly. The reuse of existing data from previous years significantly reduces effort through semi-automated tagging. A dedicated support team is
available throughout the entire process.
